Terms & Conditions Rajampo – A Complete Guide to Using the Platform

By registering for or using any of the services provided by rajampo via the website https://rajampo.click, you hereby agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and the management of rajampo.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the rajampo platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

The official language of these Terms & Conditions is Bahasa Melayu. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict between a translated version (if any) and the Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.

To be eligible to use the rajampo platform, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• An individual, not a company or business entity.
• Register under your own name using accurate and truthful information.
• Not currently on rajampo's self-exclusion list.
• rajampo employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to register.
• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is strictly prohibited are not eligible to register.

Rajampo reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in your account being temporarily suspended and withdrawals being placed on hold.

Each user is permitted to open one (1) account only at rajampo. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different information, is a breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining balances and bonuses.

Upon registration, you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date, including:

• Your full name as stated on your MyKad or passport.
• Your correct date of birth for age verification.
• An active email address that you own and can access.
• A valid and active Malaysian phone number.

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. rajampo will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the rajampo support team immediately.

All transactions on rajampo are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted payment methods are as follows:

For withdrawals, rajampo will process requests within 15 minutes during standard operating hours (8:00 AM – 12:00 AM MYT). Withdrawal requests submitted outside operating hours will be processed at the start of the next business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.

Rajampo reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC – Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad, proof of address, and bank statement. The KYC process is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

Rajampo offers a wide range of promotions and bonuses for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general terms apply to all rajampo bonuses:

• Every bonus is subject to rollover (wagering) requirements before any withdrawal is permitted.
• The Welcome Bonus may only be claimed once per new member.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be played through in accordance with the rollover requirements.
• Bonuses may not be transferred to another member or converted directly into cash.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will be subject to action.
• Risk-free wagering (hedging) that is clearly intended to lock in a bonus without genuine risk is not permitted.

Rajampo reserves the right to void any bonus and deduct bonus funds from an account if there is evidence of promotional system abuse. rajampo's decisions on all bonus-related matters are final.

All games available on rajampo — including slots, Live Casino (Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack), Sports Betting (football, cricket, badminton), and e-sports — are operated using technology that has been independently audited to ensure fairness.

Results for completed games are final and irreversible, except where a clear technical error can be demonstrated. In the event of an internet disconnection during gameplay, all transactions will be settled based on the records available on the rajampo server.

For Sports Betting, bet outcomes are determined based on official results recognised by the relevant sports governing body. rajampo reserves the right to withhold payment on bets suspected of involving fraud or match manipulation while an investigation is ongoing.

Rajampo upholds strict platform integrity. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure without any refund:

• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any unauthorised means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Transferring funds between rajampo accounts through unauthorised means or player collusion.
• Using another person's credit card or payment method without valid authorisation.
• Misusing bonuses through hedging strategies (bonus hunting/bonus abuse).
• Registering multiple accounts using the same or different identities.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise rajampo's security systems.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity conducted through a rajampo account.

Rajampo cooperates fully with Malaysian authorities in the event of any suspected financial crime conducted through our platform. All transaction records are retained and may be submitted to the relevant authorities upon request.

Rajampo reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any term contained in this document.
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the stipulated timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Activity suspected to involve fraud or security threats.
• Instructions from a competent authority.

You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any rajampo content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from rajampo management. Use of the "rajampo" brand name or our logo without authorisation constitutes a copyright violation and may result in legal action.

Rajampo provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, technical disruptions may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Rajampo shall not be held liable for any losses arising from:

• Loss of internet connection on the user's end during an active gaming session.
• Valid game outcomes as determined by audited systems.
• Processing delays resulting from KYC or security procedures.
• Unauthorised access to an account due to the account holder's own negligence.

Rajampo's liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the relevant incident. This excludes bonus funds that have not yet met the rollover requirements.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the rajampo platform shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through arbitration or appropriate legal proceedings in Malaysia.
